The greatest aspect to our business is that we are oriented more towards “customer service” than our competitors. Right now there is a national sweep taking place. There are roughly three large corporate companies placing video machines in locations. The difference between us and them is that when you call our phone number, you actually get someone that can help you out. We care enough to take care of you right away rather than giving you another 800 number for your problem. You see, there’s nothing more irritating that calling a number and getting in touch with someone that can’t help you out right away. Don’t you want to only make one phone call?
